LMAO! You need some help brother.
Paragraph 1: 'I am not racist, as I have nothing against the civilized people of India'.
Paragraph 3: 'Spitting on the roads, defacating and urinating on the streets all may be the norm in India, but is highly frowned upon and against the law in civilized co...untries'.
You contradict yourself within one post, why should anyone in his senses even pay attention to you?
'You accidentally ended up carrying 36kg? do you think anyone really cares?' - Why don't you go and read my review again (I hope your comprehension of the English language is fair). I was given WRONG INFO that the allowed limit was 40kgs!

'I am neither German, nor do I work for Lufthansa' - so why don't you spend your valuable time on something more productive than defending a mediocre company that cannot even respond to feedback from customers. Let Lufthansa fight its case my friend, put your time to better use. You joined Mouthshut only yesterday and immediately went about adding your retorts to negative reviews of Lufthansa.
I also saw your comment on someone else's review of Lufthansa. Looks like you need a hobby to spend your time, rather than barge in on others' opinions and try to change them.
If you still think Lufthansa is good, fairplay to you, I don't intend to change that. And I ask for the same privilege.

LOL!! Man I cannot stop laughing at your comment. I mean one just has to read it to know who needs some lessons in manners. I'm sure you aren't Indian, if you are, you should hang your head in shame for the demeaning comment on villagers. If your aren't an Indian, you should refrain from... making such racist comments here. And you need to go back and read my post again, coz I didn't carry 36kgs on purpose. If your so called 'Courteous Airline' cannot serve an Indian the same way they serve a German, please ask them why they came to my country to make money!
And btw, you are wrong when you say that it isn't a bus or a bullock cart. The condition of the aircraft I flew in was far from what is expected of an airline! It was actually like a video coach bus that has a few small TVs for so many people!
And lastly, if you work for Lufthansa, at least have the courtesy to acknowledge it and defend your company openly, rather than resort to such means.Read More

Well, I raised a complaint on September 13 and yet to hear from anyone on the same. Talk about incompetence! Totally disgusted with the entire experience. And to think I have to fly them on my return next year is even more annoying.

Well, I guess she knew I was helpless at the time. She should have got someone who could give it back to her, unfortunately, I wasn't the one. My flight was leaving in an hour and I didn't want to mess with her. I do have her name though :). Have mentioned this in the complaint to Lufthansa.

I flew this airline on 06/09/09 and was looking forward to fly international on my first flight.
