HI Friends, Of all my 16 months of experience with YAMAHA MIDSHIP FAZER, this is something which everyone has to think about? As we all Know the bike is Awesome in looks, Not only in Looks the bikes Comfortability, the driving posture, the breaking, the sound of the bike are some of the Abilities... Which can’t even be compared with any other bikes. Few People say the Bike vibrates at 60+ Km, Depending on the way we drive and maintain it the bike bounces back. Essential things to be remembered While maintaining This Bike; 1: Exchange of Engine Oil in correct period of Time; 2: Exchange the Chain Fube; 3: MOST IMPORTANT POINT: Drive Yamaha Fazer Delete Photo the Bike within 60 for the first 3000-4000Kms. Point 3 elaboration: While Driving the Bike Within 60 from the begining the bike gets used to the amount of fuel consumption in a constant manner. i.e. Don’t drive hard or rash so that the piston does’nt gets the required torque when it hits the road. this may damage the bikes life. 4; Expertise use of Shifting Gears 5: KEEP IT CLEAN so that it Resembles our Impression; 6: CHECK THE CARBON LEVELS AND CLEAN THE SPARK PLUG DEFINITE INTERVALS OF TIME; CLEAN THE FILTER AND CARBORATER. Of all the 10 months i have been getting an average mileage of 47-50; If HP is Mixed with IO Or BP; individual Petroleum Products are not satisfying the Bikes mileage by proving 40 -45Km; Worst Mileage of my Bike was 38 in Rash conditions On Hitting The Highway bike Touched a Top Speed of 130Kms for me: The Bike is really smooth and we cant Judge the speed untill we see the Speedometer. Relax Guys; the bike is awesome. my best Advice is to drive the vehicle under 70 for the first 4000 kilometers. Let the bike get used to the fuel consumption; In my city Hyderabad, my bike is offering a mileage of 47-50 max in city conditions. Don't use the clutch for long time , this will definite...ly drops your bikes mileage. Performance is Outstanding. comfort : is Best for one, Yamaha has a heavy maintenance ''that's for sure''; and the life of it is proportional to the maintenance; My Best Advice go for FAZER, if you really don't care of the mileage of 45; If you drive the bike in rash conditions it gives a mileage of 35-44; Beware; Drive slow for the first 4000 kmRead More

hi muztariq Nice to hear from you again : I've already said and I am saying it again: These perceptions are according to my expereince and there is no personel grudge on other bikes: I Love my Bike and I've never said that my bike is performing poor: I've also mentioned that the bike has an aweso...me accelaration: Things Which you missed in your Homework is that R15 has a greater Pickup than fazer [declared by the company] since it has 17 ps of power i am not including it in other 150 cc segments; For you kind information consult any of your friends and ask the maintenance of Bajaj pulser at present and bikes which have already run 60000+. this is a Fact Pulser has a high maintenance after 60000+ in our city, I don't know about the status in your city or town: Why are you so stressed out in the bikes Life, Even i do know that driving in rash conditions will damage the bike's performance but I have posted the review bout many people who are concerned about optional bike, many people are confused to choose the best among their requirements. keeping them in view i have posted my expereince. Even I was confused to choose a bike between Fazer and Karizma:I have done my Home work Well and got my perfect Bike: Please don't compare our Fazer with top end bikes and 135cc segment bike;I am not saying Fazer is bad: I am saying ''It could be better IF'' Well bout the dirt , though it matters with the colour of the bike, May be its Blue Or Black, the mud does'nt have any relation B/W colors: I think you have taken recently, you will expereince this in rainy season which are bout to fall; There is no offence on my statements: its purely information. hi palash Don't worry Its YAMAHA Brand: anyways the bike gives a constant mileage after 2 years. it depends on the way u ride and respect it.from my expereince of about 7 months, my bike is giving a mileage of 47 at const speed and sometimes it gives upto 50: if driven in rash conditions it gives... a mileage of 35-44 only: if you are passionate in keeping your bike clean then go for it; if you dont have interest in cleaning your bike Just forget Fazer; Since its your first bike i suggest you to go for one of these Bikes in order 1)CBZ 2)Apache 3)Fazer 4)unicorn 5)karizma 6)avenger 7)pulser i think its your choice now i have given you enough choices in orderRead More

I have Been driving this beauty for 6 months and i have'nt got any compaints bout the bike. if driven normally at a constant speed of upto 70 kmph (rarely 70), i have been getting a mileage of around 48-52 if BP and HP petrols are mixed or IO and HP petrol are mixed. i can suggest on...ly one thing bout Fazer If you are passionate bout looks then go for it. If u r looking for a good bike's life and family bike go for CBZ Extreme, though the mileage of CBZ is lesser than Fazer its good for family: If you have a girl friend and you wanna make her comfortable while biking you can opt to Fazer rather than CBZ or any other bike: finally i say Fazer's mileage is 45 constant and may rise to 50 in a city like Hyderabad; if driven conditions are rash it will give a mileage of 35-42kmpl onlyRead More

dear muztariq seems that you have a great knowledge on Bikes, but the the thing which you missed is that, the rankings which i made are according to me. i have driven all the bike though i am not a bike freak as you, but i have seen 2 out 6 six bikes which lost theie bore in their third service; lo...oking over it we can say that may there is a fault in the bikes engineering. We must not just support our bike because it just has a good looks; a bike is meant to be good when it satisfies our requirements in all aspects: For example: What's so special bout FAZER? looks ,comfort and its grip. compare it with any of the other bikes wat's demrit in Fazer High cost:, just for looks we r paying around 20000 rs: the Bike looks Hidious in rainy season: we need to clean it every time: not only the rider but pillon will also make his dress dressed up with mud in rainy season: Unfortunately if the bike falls: dome costs arount 8000. pick up 0-60 in 5.4 sec fazer has low mileage low pick up high maintenance good about it is looks comfort driving and breaking actually this are just enough for us to but it: but other bikes are providing more than this. if looks are kept unnoticed Simply We can say Yes Yamaha Fazer for only looks:Read More

Yes Arvind Every one has to accept the truth hope we shall start a research on the bike YAHOBA we shall add some xtra features like indication of fuel beyond 10 kms and mileage test like we need to install a program in Digital circuit that will automatically displays the expected mileage bike ...must give a shock to who ever touches the bike without our permission Bike can be switched off with mobile etc etcRead More

Hi arvind Bikes Comfort is too good for long journies too. Bike is awesome for Indian road but ground clearence is too low and will hit the centre stand many times. Its a Pure Lover's Bike. Even we feel great wen we drive it single
