if u want to withdraw ur money after 3yrs, then why didn't u invest in mutual funds or any other short-term investment plan. Aviva also have single premium or life bond 5 for short term, then why u took whole life policy. You hv to check advisor's credibility first, before investing. Company doesn't... matter, always advisor makes difference. i also have a save guard policy for 10 yrs, but my advisor clearly mentioned that do not withdraw your money before 10yrs. At the time of maturity, there is no tax libility or any other charges. My policy document also shows whatever he told.
