Mapmyindia took 7-8 months to change my system , was it my fault that the warranty expired of the old system, if they would have changed the system on my first few complaints then i would have got the remaining warranty of almost 7-8 months, and now they say .. ' We only provide 1 year hardware w...arranty on I dash system and its more that 1 year since you purchased your device. Hope you understand and co-operate with us. Dear Mr. Rohan, how many mails do you think a person can send to get his problem solved, i have done this more than expected and nothing has happened. my complaints were made well within the warranty period and now the company after replacing the system with yet another faulty system says that we... wont provide any warranty as the new system has been replaced after the warranty of old system. so that means Mapmyindia does a mistake of replacing my old system with a new system after the warranty period and makes it look like my mistake and i have to suffer for it...great... see the mail attached below... Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regard to your mail received. We are already in touch with our service incharge to contact you regarding issues which you are facing with your new replaced device. He will contact you shortly and co-ordinate to provide solution for all issues faced by you. Please note that we replaced your device with brand new latest model as your complaint was lodged when device was under warranty.
