So finally on 5-Jan-2011 i have received the reshipped package from Letsbuy.com. So basically the lesson i learnt after hours of time waste was this - 1) Never buy from letsbuy.com 2) There customer care and logistics team is the worst. Does not matter if you call numerous times. You need to post ...on mouthshut to get a response from them or else they don't care. 3) It takes more than a month and to get your issues resolved. None of this has anything to do with resolution from their end but you need to keep calling them and be after there lives to get anything done. My complaint was raised on 6-Dec-2011 and i got the reshipped item on 5-Jan-2011. This is only because i put up a review on Mouthshut or else nothing would have happened. Finally the shipment has been picked up by some person from Letsbuy. Apparently the shipment could not be picked up by couriers as its a battery ( does not seem a logical answer but do i have a choice.). Anyway im posting this comment to state that it has been close to 9 days since the package has b...een picked by letsbuy.com. Still i have no updates on when they are reshipping the replacement. Also, i have sent them emails regarding the status and its fallen on deaf years again. Either way i am gonna have to go on and on about this on mouthshut as i feel its the only way i can tell people about the way we are being cheated by letsbuy.comRead More

Just got a call fr a person from letsbuy. Same story different person. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. I will personally handle the matter. So i had to sit and explain the whole case to this new person all over again. Finally she tells me send the courier yourself and we will make sure... to reship the new item and adequately reimburse you. So i ask her to send me a mail so that i can act upon it. Initially she was not willing to send the mail. I have no idea why. If you can ask me on the phone then why can't you put same thing on mail. Any way she finally agreed but its been a few hours and no sign of the email. So i guess its the same story. This wait is just getting longer and longer. Guess i need to post more reviews to make them do something about this.Read More

Well its been a few days since I posted any update on this issue. The status is still the same. Package still lying with me. Keep getting calls from letsbuy asking me if the pickup has been arranged. Its so strange that the people who arrange the pickup are calling you to ask if the package has been... picked up. Anyway will keep posting here till this gets resolved. Yesterday a pickup was arranged from Letsbuy finally for the product. The pickup was arranged by SAFEX couriers. The person who came to pick up the shipment refused to take the shipment saying that the product needs to be in a box. On telling him that i will put it in a box and give as i had packed ...the same in a Courier envelop the courier person called his supervisor. Apparently his supervisor said that since its a box the pick up cannot be arranged as it would be charged more. So in the end the courier guy refused to take the package in-spite of me urging him to do so and also after i said that i would change the packaging as per there request. In the end im still waiting for the package to be picked up. On calling customer care i get the same response we will look into the matter. On trying to call the person who was assigned my case PAVAN (after i put the complaint on mouthshut), i was not able to get through to him as he did not pick up the phone. Also, when i finally did get through to a colleague of his i passed the message on for which i have not yet received a callback. Today i called the same number which after a few rings is getting disconnected. Seems like now PAVAN does not want to receive the calls any more as well. Also, PAVAN had told me that he would be getting back to me with the status of this complaint, which has not happened once. I have constantly been calling them but nothing has happened. I wonder how many more days i will have to wait for the shipment to be picked up. PAVAN from letsbuy do you have an answer?????Read More

I get a call from there customer care at 5PM, only to know that the pickup would take another 2 more days and since day after tomorrow is sunday it may just happen that the pick up will happen on monday. On explaining to the agent on the phone that this is not acceptable they tell me nothing much ca...n be done about it and i have to wait another 2 more days. In-spite of me telling them that this complain is open for a week no change in the lady's statement in fact she gets annoyed and tells me that i have to wait for 2 more days and dont have a choice. So i have no other choice but to keep quite and wait for them to get back to me. Finally i call the person who called yesterday who is assigned my case and he says ''ohh another 2 more days'' let me get back to you sir!!!! Crazy is the only word that comes to my mind. These people have no SLA's no respect for customers nothing!!!!Read More

Its 12 PM already and i don't see any traction on my complaint other than a person calling me and telling that it will be resolved. So going by his word lets see how prompt they really are in getting this resolved. Either way from the delays that i have faced from there side, the person calling me a...nd telling me it will be resolved had little impact on me. Also, its very sad to know that i had to write a review just to get some traction on this. Its pathetic to say the least.Read More
