I ordered a HP 6-Cell battery NGID from letsbuy.com, order number LSB-684656.
The product was delivered in time and I was amazed. on opening the package I realized that the original HP packaging was damaged, the sides of the package were broken open and the battery could easily be removed. to my surprise inside the original hp packaging there was a letter of a previous customer who had returned the item.
I realized that I have been sent an item that was previously returned by a customer for the same reason I had, the HP original packaging was damaged. I called the customer care immediately and they said a pickup for the same would be arranged. this was on 8th Dec 2011.
Since the day that I have raised this complaint I have received a call and email from there logistic team stating a pickup would be arranged. It has still not happened. Every day I call customer care and I get the same response "we have informed the concerned department to arrange the pick up". I have been calling them every single day wasting my time and effort to get the produt replaced but nohting has happened.
the logistic team member who have called me and mailed me are Gurminder Kaur– Customer Logistics and Preeti Bisht – Customer Logistics. The number with which they have called me also I have tried calling back but they pick up the phone and dump it. I have emailed them back on there respective id's but they choose to ignore.
Every day calling and explaining the issue and then getting the same feedback is pathetic. There customer care is not bothered and so is there logistic team. I am disappointed and for sure will never shop with them again. Will make sure that none of my friends ever shop with them agian either.
The only words that come to my mind are pathetic, disgusting cheats!!!!
