Chirag, The message I wanted to convey is that the bank has a right to demand the due payment but I do agree that they are in no way entitled to demand it in a rude manner. Thats the reason I mentioned specifically that I dont want to comment on the way they conveyed the message to u. Hey Chid, Thanks for rating my review. I cannot really comment on the loans that they offer as I have not availed any, but the credit card operations are quite transparent. I have been using their gold card for the past 6 months and did not face any inconvenience so far. Again, their online ban...king is really effective in keeping a track of ur card expenses.Read More

They are here to do business and are concerned about their money as much as u r about urs.
