hi vishal, in addition to my email to u, my critical rating factor is medical care, then follows staff attitude & finally infrastructure I found medical care is terrible because after taking medicines for 1.5 yrs nothing improved, it only became worse My mom and myself have approached batra seve...ral times telling them that the problem is only increasing and every time they kept changing the medicines and with every change my mom had more problems with psoriasis, so the staff attitude in batra is very poor because they dont understand the problem, they dont diagnose the problem and they dont know how to solve the problem, thats the bottom line so it does not matter to me how the batra infrastructure is all about, its only trying show something, but they are actually frauding the peopleRead More
