I bought a Spice MI 355 in Oct, 2012, and deposited the phone battery for a replacement at Spice Service Center at Meera Road, Thane. While the phone was under warranty in April, 2013 as the phone will require 2-3 charges a day.
Despite following up with service center as well as the customer care, the phone battery remains elusive and haven't been returned. The phone have not been used since 7 months, and the Spice customer care will tell me that they will look into the matter within 24 hours, and this has been going on since last 6 months.
I wonder why Spice sells mobile phone when the product as well as the service level is non existent.
Any suggestions anyone?
Hope this pitiful company can understand the relevance of providing resolutions for customer issues, else shut down their operations.
