I gave my zen car for servicing. At the time of giving estimation the service engineer told the estmation as 3000 to 4000. Later he called and informed that other part cost will be around Rs 1500. In the evening he called and informed that vehicle is ready & billing machine is not working and told t...hat some parts quoted in the estimation are not available but the total bill is 6100.
