Subject: Complaint regarding my Address Verification for New (Ph no. 9654902303) Connection.
Sir/Mam
I Latika Tyagi working in Shri Ram College of Commerce in accounts department. I have applied for portability from Vodafone service provider (9654902303) to Airtel Servic...e Provider. I have received a call from your executive for the same on last Thursday (14-11.2013) there were some Neha on call she told me a plan of Rs. 300 monthly rental (600min p/m, 400 msgs & 500MB data plan) and I was very much comfortable with this plan and I said her that let me confirm it with my husband and call me tomorrow after 2 pm I will tell you about the same.
She called me early morning around 9:30 to 10:00am on Friday (15.11.2013) and asked for my decision I said I am comfortable with the same. She said me that just tell where you work I will send my Executive to collect your Documents. There was guy naming Deepak came at my office around 11:30am to collect my documents. I gave him a copy of my passport (that contains my previous address before marriage) , my college id(contains my current address proof) and 1 Passport Photograph along with Rs.250/-. He was extremely busy on his another lead that he dint even listened me and as I Clearly mentioned him twice that I want my address verification on my new address(i.e, my college I.D.). and he said that it will take 72 hours to process the whole portability process.

Now Ms. Neha called me on Saturday for a verification Code and I messaged her in the evening I am facing a big network problem in my office(with Vodafone). Till Monday there was no follow-up and I myself called Ms. Neha for asking the same and suddenly Ms. Neha told me something new that by mistake our executive went to your old address (that’s a government accommodation and my family left that long time ago) and your connection has been rejected showing negative report as no one stays there. Subject: I have been forced to write it again by Airtel Excutives.

Here I am enclosing the previous mail also. On 19-11-2013 (Wednesday) I spoke to Ms. Priti Pandey she called and convinced me about the whole situation that my number port...ability problem will be resolved within 2 days (48 hours) and my address verification will also be done in the same time. She gave me her personal no. and said if you have any problem or query you can call me anytime regarding anything. As nothing is been processed till date. I called her thrice tomorrow around 5:30pm her phone was continuously busy and it was showing waiting. I was expecting her call back but nothing happened till 6 pm so I again called her and this time she disconnected the phone (she might be busy). Then again after 10 minutes I called her again her phone was switched off…. This kind of behavior is really unbearable. I just want to ask “IS THIS THE WAY YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR SERVICES???” This is simply hell.
This time I am raising my voice to consumer court and post this issue to all the public forum websites. You have to pay for this and now ready to bear the consequences.
This time you have to pay hard really. And yes I want my Cash (Rs. 250/-) and all my documents back within 24 hours else I will file an F.I.R for against the names I have mentioned in previous mails. (Neha, Deepak, Urvashi or Anjali, Akshay and Priti Pandey and Bharti Airtel also)

Hell... I visited the Dr. Lal Path Lab Shakti Nagar branch yesterday i.e, 28.05.2013 as i am a government employee so i have to submit my health card photocopy so i it was early in the morning around 7:30 none of the photocopy shop was open n they have a photocopy machine at there own place .... we ...requested them to make a copy of my card.. the lady sitting over the counter denied n said it is out of our policies we cant make a photocopy... we said we have genuine reason...n requested again... n she started yelling over us n said no we cant the reasons she gave us were nahi humari ek ek page ki counting hoti hai... n system bata deta hai k aapne koi photocopy li hai n hum nahi de sakte finally that lady spoke to us in the worst way... i dont even imagine k koi iss tarah se apne customers se kaise that is too a patient kaise baat kar sakta hai... So finally we moved out from that place. now We went today n submitted the photocopy and my test got done... n this at the time of making the payment there was guy sitting there and gave us the bill and he made few mistake while making the bill so he tore that bill n again he made a mistake n charged us the higher amount for TSH test so pointed again that why you are charging higher it not the rates and again he tore that bill so finally he wasted 2 papers in front of us... and that lady was there at that point and time.... so ve raised the point kal aapne humein itna pareshan kiya just for a single photocopy and now u wasted 2 papers and what all crap reasons you gave us yesterday... she again started giving us the weird justifications which were really of no logic... n she finally stuck in her words... this is the condition of our service industry....the worst Path lab i visited in my life.... will suggest you not to go there and if you go then please check ur bills amount thoroughly.... the make unwanted money out of ur bills.....Read More
