Subject: Complaint regarding my address verification for new(Ph no. 9654902303) connection.


Sir/Mam,


I Latika Tyagi, working in Shri Ram College of Commerce in accounts department. I have applied for portability from Vodafone service provider(9654902303) to Airtel service provider.


I have received a call from your executive for the same on last Thursday(14-11.2013) there were some Neha on call she told me a plan of Rs. 300 monthly rental(600min p/m, 400 msgs & 500MB data plan) and I was very much comfortable with this plan and I said her that let me confirm it with my husband  and call me tomorrow after 2 pm I will tell you about the same.


She called me early morning around 9:30 to 10:00am on Friday(15.11.2013) and asked for my decision I said I am comfortable with the same. She said me that just tell where you work I will send my executive to collect your documents.


There was guy naming Deepak came at my office around 11:30am to collect my documents. I gave him a copy of my passport(that contains my previous address before marriage), my college id(contains my current address proof) and 1 passport photograph along with Rs.250/-. He was extremely busy on his another lead that he dint even listened me and as I clearly mentioned him twice that I want my address verification on my new address(i.e, my college I.D.) and he said that it will take 72 hours to process the whole portability process.

Now Ms.Neha called me on Saturday for a verification code and I messaged her in the evening I am facing a big network problem in my office(with Vodafone). Till Monday there was no follow-up  and I myself called Ms.Neha for asking the same and suddenly Ms.Neha told me something new that by mistake our executive went to your old address(that’s a government accommodation and my family left that long time ago) and your connection has been rejected showing negative report as no one stays there.


The moment she told me this I was badly annoyed that how this can happen as I have already mentioned it to you executive to get the verification on my new address. Than Ms. Neha handed over the phone to her senior naming Ms. Urvashi and I could not believe the idea she gave me for the verification She said “Madam kya aap apana purana ghar thodi dair k liye khulwa sakte hain ki hum wahan aapka address verification karwa den” I was Stunned and really shocked that Am I talking to Bharti Airtel? Ghosh! This was not accepted nohhh…. not at all…. from such a big service provider.


Now I was badly irritated with the idea and I straight forwardly said no for the same.  Now she told that we will get back to you in 10 mints but as always there was no reply and now she was not even picking up my call too. I gave her no. to my husband… she picked up the phone and my husband asked him about the next step that when the next verification will happen. She said we call Ms.Latika in some time and tell her.


Then almost after an hour I have received a call from Mr. Akshay and he said the whole process will get delayed by 2 days as we have to send the request again for the portability. I was annoyed as I am suffering the problem. Then he said that fine we will send our executive for verification on your new address as I said I again clearly mentioned that I will be available only after 5:30 as I have my office as nobody will be available before that(me and my husband both are working) This time I recorded the whole conversation in my phone with your executives.


Then Mr. Akshay said “ K kya aisa ho sakta hai k aapki koi neighbour aunty aapki mummy  banakar verification kara deingi” This time it was hell I said k mein kyun kisi xyz ko apni mummy banakar verification kkaraun agar abhi aapko koi lead se paise lene jaan hota to bhaagkar b after 7 pm bhi jaate and ek verification k liye app kisi ghar 5:30 k baad nahi aa sakte…. What a double standards you keep?


Seriously I said him that for this I will file a complaint in consumer court and in a police station also and you have to pay for this.  He just banged the phone and after that they are not picking my phone and not even my husband’s phone. No communication is been made now.


So here I request you kindly make the whole situation comfortable for me and process the whole problem and resolve it systematically within 24 hours or you have to pay for the consequences.


Here I am again mentioning the aforesaid names: Ms. Neha, Mr. Deepak, Ms. Urvashi and Mr. Akshay. And please let them read the whole rules and regulations booklet or clear them about your goodwill that you carry. Don’t let them spoil it. Else wise you know the consequences.

Subject: I have been forced to write it again by Airtel Excutives.

Here I am enclosing the previous mail also. On 19-11-2013(Wednesday) I spoke to Ms.Priti Pandey she called and convinced me about the whole situation that my number portability problem will be resolved within 2 days(48 hours) and my address verification will also be done in the same time. She gave me her personal no. and said if you have any problem or query you can call me anytime regarding anything. As nothing is been processed till date.


I called her thrice tomorrow around 5:30pm her phone was continuously busy and it was showing waiting. I was expecting her call back but nothing happened till 6 pm so I again called her and this time she disconnected the phone(she might be busy). Then again after 10 minutes I called her again her phone was switched off…. This kind of behavior is really unbearable. I just want to ask “IS THIS THE WAY YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR SERVICES?” This is simply hell.


This time I am raising my voice to consumer court and post this issue to all the public forum websites. You have to pay for this and now ready to bear the consequences.


This time you have to pay hard really. And yes I want my cash(Rs. 250/-) and all my documents back within 24 hours else I will file an F.I.R for against the names I have mentioned in previous mails.(Neha, Deepak, Urvashi or Anjali, Akshay and Priti Pandey and Bharti Airtel also)
