I concur completely. Signing up is easy but cancelling their service is very, very hard!! I am a involuntary customer of TATA!!! - SERVICE AT TATA PHOTON ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, DEFINITIVELY SUCKS!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM - AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!!!
