@snapdeal - i dont see anything happening out of your claimed apologies. Will some one from snapdeal pick up the sandal from my place. No. All you will do is send a standard mail, stating that i need to courier back to get refunds in snapdeals reward points.
And the lady whom i talked to on the... snapdeal help phone, had this to say: I quote - 'what is the big deal, if a wrong product was shipped. I handle similar situations daily. Why you making an issue out of it ?. If you will not courier back the product we will assume that you are happy with the product'
Now is your answer something different ?

I really sympathize with your situation. I was cheated of just 300 bucks and i can feel the pinch. Will really think twice before buying pricey deals on the net.
@neha89 - we are in the same boat here. I will not waste my time and money to courier back the item to them in return for some silly shopping points that they return for it. But if you have spend some sizeable amount, you will have to follow their dictates.

Snapdeal is a fraud company. They sent me wrong size sandals(apparently because they did not have the right size sandal in their stock and they had to push whatever they had in stock) and then stated such a ridiculous refund procedure that no one in his right senses will run for the refund.

Looks like snap deal is a sandal mafia.. exact same issue with me.. beware you are dealing with a fraud company with horrible complaint dealing backup
