Snapdeal is a fraud company. They sent me wrong size sandals(apparently because they did not have the right size sandal in their stock and they had to push whatever they had in stock) and then stated such a ridiculous refund procedure that no one in his right senses will run for the refund.
And that too they will refund the money in their own reward points - not in rupees as you would expect and as they claim. Their compliant redressal department is worse - absolutely no response. I am lucky not to have bought an expensive product from them.. at least I feel pick-pocketed for a small amount.
BEWARE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. if you turn out unlucky, forget any refunds, forget any customer service
And given by the number of negative reviews I see all around review sites, there are high chances that you might get unlucky.
