Come clean! It is entirely obvious that this post is a plant from Purva. About the only thing that is remotely true here would be about the sales dept. Everything is else is a blatant lie. The nice things you say about the After-sales dept. is downright laughable! The icing on the cake is your men...tion of Purva's Chennai projects - totally gives away the fact that this is a Purva-planted post.Read More

It is rather naive of individual buyers to expect to be heard by a company like Puravankara. They have clearly demonstrated that they don't care (both, as a company, and individually, including by Messrs Ravi and Girish Puravankara and sundry after-sales people). Check this link out: http://www....blonnet.com/2007/04/01/stories/2007040102610500.htm With such mega-projects planned and a 'you're dust off my feet' attitude, it's no wonder that the worst people and the least resources get allocated to long-overdue projects like Riviera. In fact, whatever IS allocated appears to be there merely to maintain a facade that work is continuing, so that they don't fall into serious trouble with the authorities. The only way to be heard is to pinch where it hurts. Purva buyers need to get together and make the issue big enough so that P can no longer ignore it. It must be asumed that the 'system' has already been fully co-opted by Puravankara. So isolated attempts at complaining, case-filing, etc. may have no effect. It has got to be group action. And it has got to be in a manner that communicates to prospective Purva buyers that Purva doesn't care. And it has got to be in a way that makes it clear to Purva that this communication is coming from Riviera residents/buyers. If possible, this group must also co-opt buyers of other Purva properties who have been similarly taken for a ride. Can we do that? All previous attempts have been less than successful. How many families already live in the uncompleted - and dangerous - complex? Why isn't there any concerted action with representation from at least each of those families? Why doesn't this group have serious legal representation yet?Read More

No, Dr. Wagh. Individual customers DO NOT matter to Reliance. Not in this country. At least not so far. I had a Reliance landline connection which I terminated over a year ago primarily because of bad service. I am yet to get my 'refundable' deposit of Rs. 800/- back.

MasterCard keeps advertising perks and facilities for its Gold Card customers (notably, airport lounges), but Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) keeps informing me (only when I ask, mind you!) that they don't offer those to their customers. Why? SCB also keeps advertising cashback offers (with no ...Read more

This review is downright misleading! Probably because of its age - it's over a year old... It makes you think that Country Club is doing a great job, when in fact, they're so bad that you shouldn't even TALK to their salesmen, let alone take a membership!

Guess what! You don't need to take a membership, go to a Country Club resort, use their disgusting and inadequate facilities, or eat their food to know how lousy they are. You don't even need to pay an advance! Yes, you read it right - you don't need to PAY Country Club for them to TAKE your mon...Read more

No complaints about this one whatsoever! We bought it about 3-1/2 years back. Washing capacity, programs and price - in that order - clinched the choice for us. It washes 6 kg. That's important for us as we rarely wash more than once a week. I suspect we've been regularly loading it more than...Read more
