Hi uhlasf. Thanks for your kind words. I've never faced any problem with this phone. It's quite sturdy. No wonder, it changed the fortunes of Sony Ericsson, who has released few more models based on the K750i. Expect the price to fall further, which is very good. The newer models have no big improve...ments over the K750i for regular use.Read More

Hi!! Obviously, a 2MP cam cannot compete a 4MP cam, but the image quality for a normal post card size print is acceptable with a 2MP cam. The latest w800i has more memory than k750i. Both k750i & w800i can replace an MP3 player, no doubt. But remember that total memory is limited, even though you... can buy more memory sticks. Video capturing is good, but I have not seen the video on a big screen to really comment on the quality. Both Samsung & Nokia are going to release phones with massive 4GB memory. Nokia N90 & N91 phones are about to be released shortly, which should have more memory, 2MP camera with good video capturing features & MP3. So, the decision is yours. If you want a good quality camera, go for a 4MP camera. If you're happy with 2MP, k750i is the best I have seen on a camera phone till date. I heard that Samsung is coming up with a 5MP camera phone....no idea about the price, though.Read More

Strangely enough, the problem of 'dropped calls' has vanished, without me upgrading the firmware! At the moment, vodafone in UK has an offer that I can talk for 60 mins, yet only pay for 3 mins. Competition between phone companies is extremely fierce. In UK, & possibly, US as well, phone companies l...ike orange & vodafone have special schemes in which they give away free phones, to attract customers. We take a 1 year contract. When the contract ends, we can renew the contract in return for another free phone (we keep the old phone as well). We can choose any phone we want, available in the market. This concept has not yet come in India, but it definitely will come someday, hopefully soon.Read More

Actually, the sound quality of the phone is better than Nokia. I have a special scheme in which I can talk to my friends for free. I usually switch on music on my laptop, & my friend listens to them over the phone. She says that the sound quality is excellent, much better than my previous Nokia 6230.... I've begun to love the loudspeakers as well. It's not the loudest, but it's crystal clear. When you're in a quiet room, it's very good. I think there may be a firmware problem regarding the dropped calls I get. But after a minute or so, it becomes normal. I'm used to it now.Read More

Being a hardcore Nokia fan, I was eagerly waiting for Nokia 6680 before I upgraded my phone contract (I currently have Nokia 6230), but was disappointed by its plastic & rather plain looks. Luckily, I was in the vodafone shop the day Sony Ericsson K750i was released, & I was bowled over by it's ...Read more

I agree with Tarunkant. This model has been launched globally at the same time. I live in the UK, & this model is getting rave reviews here. All other Suzuki models were flops here until now. This model looks similar to Citroen C2 & Mini Cooper. This is a sure fire hit!

Pulsar 180 is definitely the best bike in India today!!! Its butter smooth engine beats competition by miles!! (sometimes I wonder if the engine is really on!!) Initial gear problem was sorted out by the bajaj mechanic & since then, it's been a helluva ride! It beats the CBZ & Fiero any day. I a...Read more
