Booked it online, got it installed the same day without any hassles. Very responsive and responsible sales and support teams. While I faced hassles with Tata sky, the experience was different with Videocon. Hope they continue the same in after sales support. ...Read more

Well, went with Videocon and placed an order online. The installation was complete, work order activated and services were up and running on the same day. Moreover the customer service team and the sales team were very interactive and responsive. That's impressive. But still waiting on the refu...nd from tata sky while I burnt at least 10 mobile hours.Read More
