I am usually a positive review person, but I strongly feel this has to come here to help you out there. The bus arrived 5 minutes late at my pick up point, while I was ordering a cup of coffee along with my wife. I placed my bags in the bus, while I went back to collect my coffee. I have requested the attendant to stop for a minute while a I cancel my order but the bus left. My wife was sprinting towards the bus, signaled the attendant while he saw her sprinting and signaling the bus to stop. We had to take an auto to catch the bus which in fact was significant trouble for us. But, somehow I got hold of the bus and the attendant and the driver are supporting their actions with minimal empathy through which they had make us go through. If this is the kind of service that is being provided, less behold, folks out there, I am not sure why we are helping such operators thrive. This is the bus from bangalore to chennai OTT101
