This is no Rat walk. Everybody has a right to express him/her.
If deepbrit has gone through all this nonsense, only he can understand what it takes to see your investment going into vane.
This is not about American/Japanese cars, neither is it about being pro-Indian. ...If you start putting covers on the absurd product/service of Indian companies like this, they can never perform in the global business environment.
I too bought a Tata Indica Xeta and i totally agree to the eternal trouble in this vehicle. Come to a dealer forum conducted by Tata every six months and hear this grievance straight from Consumer’s mouth....
It’s not about handful of satisfied customers, it’s about maximisation of Customer satisfaction which Tata is far far away from
