any where you buy such a product, you buy a service value as well, From 11th May till today service center is not able to give any reason why they are not able to refund it to me.

@rainshark : Better you first learn how to write in social platform. I know more words than you have ever hear.
For rest this set is with service center they don't have any clue why these problems are coming, several times they had asked to reset it but the problem is still there & every time a new... problem is coming. This time problem is that it's not recognizing any sim card.Read More

If you are planning to buy a phone with multiple features than diff. this is not that phone because most of it's features will stop working before you will became use to of that. As in my case it's stop pairing with blue thooth.
Screen has stop roatating. Handsfree quality is really very poor...Read more

I had update my recent conversation with the concern person at IFB as well they are also , they don't have a time to reply my mail. Even on phone they had commited that they will process the refund but now they are not even picking my phone nor replying my mail. Any clue how I will approach them.

but as per my last word with Mr. Fahim he has asked me that he was processing my refund out of surden where this meeting has come into the picture. On monday you have also called me & i had given the same statment to you also but you had asked me that you will give me the call on thusday for the meeting but I have not recived any call from your end. Infact I had tried yesterday & even today also to Mr. Fahim in this regards but not recived any responce.
I really don't know where is the probelm but I will highlly apprecaite what ever your point is please clear it on mail itself in one go so that I will get the clear stand of your company.

buy it, use it & scrap it for your grand son b/c it have no resell value in the market. First you will not get the people who will buy it & if you got they will give peanuts nothings else.

@ABCD27, for your knowledge I would like to tell you that thye have make this care by cutting the cost approx 25 % @ which cost they are making it at France, so no doubt on some ground they are compromising in quality & service.

The poor service is the back bone of the Mahindra since day one of inscpection of this compnay, that's is the major reason it's none of the product have the stronf hold in the urban market. It works onl...y in rural areas where people don;t have choice.
Although i am least bothered what you say but for your knowledge I am giving you a fact that between delhi to lucknow ( distance is approx 600 to 700 km ) they have only one service center so during the on road break down in night you have to spend your night while waiting for these guys. While for Maruti have their service station @ every 60 -100 km.

Dear Mohanbal, I am not king..I am a simple common people, I can't buy car on daily bases. Please don't mine I have a suggestion for you don't be existed first read the entire content then come to any point, just read the entire things. My First complaint date was December 2008 when I had purchased ...it. not today. So should i need to wait for this. I had also left for more days at dealer place but when they are not ready to do any things and silent like unknown person then what can i do ?
As far as few things you will come to know when you use, like looks on which I am talking about aerodynamics of the car which will help you will driving and handling any vehicle.
Hope God will help you in developing patience and power to understand any things so that when ever you will speak at least first understand any things then you will speak.
