For the all people I am updating the my latest complaint which I had send on their registered ID which is registerd on https://mca.gov.in/. This is Govt. of India web-site on the bases of this e-mail IFB is doing all legal work like return fileing etc. Hope they will listen theri customer & reply them on time.

I had purchased a washing machine on 16th May 2010, details of the bill give below:

Dealer Name: Rythym House( B-1/16 & 18, Behind PNB, Noida U.P.-201301
TIN No.: 09165701444 Dt. 27-10-2007

But this machine is not yet installed. When I had tried to approach your dealer he abuse me & trying to pull out his hand from this entire scenario.
I would like to explain this case from my end before I get any call from your end & get any excuses or your try to put this reason behind this on me:
Day one: 16th May 2010
I purchased a machine machine from above mention dealer of IFB industries by paying Rs. 17, 500 cash plus delivery charges to my home. He has promised
that this machine would installed next day.
Day Two: 17th May 2010
I got a call from the number+919871424389 for taking the time of the installation, I had given the appointments of 6 PM He has also suggested me for stand & cover for that I had given my approval. At 6.30 PM I got the call from the same number & person had asked to reschedule that meeting for tomorrow by giving the excuse that he had given that stand & cover to some another person. For that I had given the approval & ask to come on the same time.
Day Three: 18th May 2010
Neither that person has turned up nor I had received any call from him.
Day Four & Five: 19th May 2010 & 20th May 2010
I called on that number but not able to connect that person because that number was not in reach.
Day Six: 21st May 2010
I am able to talk this number & when I had asked to that person that I was waiting for him then he had told why I had not given him the call, then I had asked him to come on same day, he told me that he could not come on the same day, he will come on tomorrow .
Day Seven: 22nd May 2010
I again remind that person on the same person in Morning to confirm the appointment, that person had given me the appointment of 1PM. But no one has turned up on that time at 4.30 PM I received a call where I was, he had visited my place & didn't find me over there. It was really surprise for me because I am living a society apartments where Security person take the entry of each person who enter into society premiss but I had not any entry from IFB. Then I had called to dealer once again & brief him entire scenario than he had told that he will get back to me on this but when I had start giving him following call he had stop picking my phone call.
Day Eight: 23rd May 2010
I had send a complaint mail from your web-site https://ifbindustries.com/ & register the same complaint on the help line number( 011- 3900432) on the given number in the web-site & also remind to Dealer in this regards. But dealer had withdrawn himself from this case then I had asked to take this machine back & to my money back then he start abusing me for this by giving life threat.
Next day I had tried to explore more place from where I could approach to IFB Industries Ltd. So that at least I could get my money back, but I didn't get any things any where. I had open the machine by the keeping this point that If I will open it then company will not take it back. I again called on 25th May 2010 on the help line number a person who had picked I had asked him to give my local IFB Office number so that I could convey my message to him. He had refuse to give me any local office address & given two following mention number:

Mr. Monica-011-30889678(Branch Manager).
I had called on the number 9811869269 & the person who was telling his name Mr. K. P. Agarwal on this number told that he has franchise of IFB Industries Ltd. when I had explained him the entire case then he had asked me that he will convey my points to company people, next day I got the from one person who had told me that he is calling from company & when I had briefed him the entire case then he had told me that he would convey my points to his senior because he could not do any things in this situation and his senior will get back to me on this, but I have not received any call from any one till date.
Now It's my humble request from the management of IFB Industries Ltd. that please return my money back along with the interest( 2% per day) & take your machine back. Because I am service class person I could not afford to follow such a big company for such a small issues on regular bases.
