Almost all govt hospital are such. The Doctors have too many patients. They do overtime. They have to work for 16-20 hrs. As a result of this, they get very frustrated. Thus, the poor customer service. One of my friends who is a doctor workinf in emergency ward of KEM hospital confirmed this.

Piku is all about to be honest with oneself. It shows us to live a life that you want to be without feeling embarassed. It also talks about letting your frustration out. Piku highlights the issue of women sacrificing their dreams for their family and advices through Bhaskor to not let it down and be... frustrated later in life.
