Hi Guys, Suresh again, Sony has replaced the handset after months of follow up. A special mention of the Mobile Store guys who took up the Complaint in right earnest with the Sony Guys. the phone was replaced on 6/9/08 Evening. I charged it on the 7th & used it on the 8th. By that evening I could n...ot make or receive any calls. I took it to the Centre on the 9th & the Software had to be loaded again.Secondly there were a couple of photos already in the Memory Card.Thirdly there was no plastic paper over the LCD. These points towards a Refurbished Handset rather than a new one. But touchwood the phone is functioning satisfactorily now.Read More
