well... this just goes to show the quality of the product..... Just wanted to share one more piece of information....I happened mail the top executives of Dell sharing the problem with my Laptop (and similar problems with others in my B-school). The guy from the corporate office simply said 'You ha...ve brought this matter 3 months after the warranty has expired...... so we cant do anything about it..... however we have taken note of this complaint and if we find any manufacturing defects, we will surely get back to you' Nothing about the broken hinge and the fact that many others were facing the same problem with their 1525s.Read More
