Yes they auto cancel the orders without any information and then try to appease you with their useless compensations that can only be used for buying with WS Retail only. About address also they track it through PIN codes once I gave my new address but my usual practice keyed in the old PIN, they au...to cancelled the order, but when I registered for the priority delivery option the systems never prompted that your PIN code does come under one day delivery and second you need to but only from select vendors. They are cheap and cheat any roadside hawkers, not to mention they deducted a portion on pro rata from my paid registration and on top the sales fellow tried convince me to keep it registered. CID needs some good tweests and stories.

CID TV serials on Sony TV, is one of my favorites, in fact it is the only TV serial I watch because of the suspense and detective element. They need some good twists now. You are not the only people who are suffering with Airtel's furjigiri, they are absolute cheates. They indeed do not accept their mistakes and put the blame on customer. I have had lot of problems since the begining of the connection, not a sigle one is resolved, on top of that, when you call there ...cutomer care, they will take all the information on the IVR and then after few trial you can get to talk to a customer care executive and you need to explain everything to him again(what is the use of IVR?) ,who does not understand what you are talking and writes your complaint exaclty the way he or she understood it. Again if you talk the next level guy they will transfer your call without explaining anything to that person inturn you are forced to explain everything to that deaf fellowand so on. The biggest tragidy is that they close the complaint without any resolution. This is all happened to me, still they call back and ask are you satisfied with airtel service.Read More

I am very happy to read such decriptive review. The best part you said now there is an urgent need to sensor all these soaps aired on the any given channel. All nigativy, hatred, confusion, maliise, anger, cheating and so on..ecouraging factors of these stories should be cut down and then show..but ...then nothing will remain to show..thats director and producers lookout..! :DRead More
