Colors should take some social responsibility. Why do serials always show the BAD ones get away with everything and the GOOD ones always suffering and adjusting and crying. VERY WRONG MESSAGE FOR THE YOUTH (THE TOMORROW OF INDIA).

Yes, I truly agree that karma lack brains. Karma, instead of advising others to stop using abusive language first apply the same on y...ourself. Hi, again karma!!! You seem to be in great anger with this serial. All your reviews are so rude and harsh. You have an opinion and so do others so why get irritated. The two lines shown in the end show that child marriages should not be practiced. The serial shows the plight of women and you bei...ng a woman should understand the same. I am a wife, mother and daughter-in-law and lead a very comfortable life. I am lucky that my in-laws are very openminded and inspite of I being a working woman I manage my home and family very well (obviously, thanks to my in-laws and husband). My family is very progressive-minded but still we do not close our eyes to the facts. In Rajasthan (mainly) and many other parts of India child marriage is still being practiced so these are a message to all those people in villages and not for us. Television has a great impact on people and mainly on children. Atleast our next generation can learn from this. Yes, I have joined MS today itself to write a review especially on Balika Vadhu cause I want to convey alll those serial makers who always show the evil winning and happy to learn from this serial and create some meaningful stories. Karma, you are totally unaware about the interiors of India. Child marriage, Sati etc. are still being practiced in India. This serial NO WAY promotes child marriage. If u see the serial, there is a written message at the end of every serial which conveys that child marriage is wrong. This is ...the only television serial with a message for the society & can watch it with my son. The Ekta Kapoor type of serial are very irritating. Even my 9 yr old son knows that these serial are not worth our precious time. It is harming whole generation. These serials only show that evil wins and the good/kind person is always shown crying while we teach our children the opposite. So can Ekta Kapoor tell me that what msg is a child picking from it? Can anybody give a msg to Ekta Kapoor & others too to stop making such kind of serials? Except for Balika Vadhu all other serials are rubbish. I think more serial with a good messages to society should come on air.Read More
