elixir - Yes. This is a old post though. I believe now IRCTC has probably stopped the Agent login during the Tatkal Booking peak period time i.e. 10am to 12pm. Well couple of folks here said they did not had any problem for 5 years... I would say 'touch wood' and God bless. even I was booking ticket...s for years through IRCTC and it broke afterwards. You probably do not know how their customer service sucks. Once your id is blocked by any means or because of any cause, see the music you face. If you frequently change your mobile number you are safe as now it takes mobile phone as one of the authentication anchor.Read More
