My car is 12yrs old now..had a very horrible and pathetic experience with Elite Ford service center ...on whitefield main road. Hameed who is the AGM is very rude and arrogant and has no sense of customer service, customer handling and courtesy..the whole staff is careless irresponsible and does not take customer seriously and are not sincere about their work and laxk commitment. I had problems right from appointment to updates to delivery time ...they dont even bother to update the customer about delivery time etc and at times lie also..new problems are induced in the car and they r not ready to take ownership of issues....plz dont ever give for servicing there...complete lack of ethics, values, humanity and brand value of ford....Read More
