Right from Hameed who is the AGM, no one there seems to be trained on customer service & handling. They completely lack basic courtesy & professional. They just work as per their convenience. Nowadays it seems entire staff is new & Hameed is facing the crunch. It is assured that everytime to get something repaired, some new problem is induced while returning.u need to take the car back second time.they don't follow any ford process which I have seen in Pune, Hyd, Chennai, Mumbai etc
There is no co-ordination between the staff & they keep blaming each other in front of the customer. Looks like staff is not much computer literate & don't keep any written records of their words & they keep twisting their words as per time, situation & as per their convenicne.
They lack transparency, mostly spare parts are not available. The staff fails to update the status of service & delivery time & just goes home. The staff does not seem to be motivated, committed & take customer feedback seriously & takes customer for granted. I did not see any staff sincerely doing their work there. They don't apologise or say sorry at any cost despite open & direct mistakes. Staff lacks basic common sense & most basic communication which needs to be done & is obvious. They don't even offer water when asked.when asked for escalation contacts, they gave me false escalation numbers.This whitefield main road elite service station under Mr. Hameed Kelthaje - AGM needs to be boycotted & blacklist by FORD india.They are spoiling the reputation of brand FORD.
