They have nothing called customer service. Success so far has gone int o there heads. Their customer service has no respect for customers

they have started some pathetic 3rd graded subsidiary called ekart, which provides hopeless service. I had the same issue. when i called customer service I was told they have some logistic issue hence this delay. If they have such pathetic cost saving plan of using their own service (ekart / bullock... cart) how can customer get better service?Read More
