Before Flipkart was using Bluedart service to dispatch the order, hence it use to get delivered on time. But now they use some pathetic 3rd graded service called ekart a subsidiary of flipkart. Not sure if they use "bullock carts" to deliver these products. Products never reach on time. If customer service is contacted only response you get is "we have some logistic issues so will be delayed".
When you speak to customer service lead Gopal Krishnan the response given is we have logistic issues so cant promise the delivery time.

Be aware if you want to book any products from Flipkart for some special occasions you will sure get disappointed. ekart service is really pathetic. Flipkart is not bothered about customer service.
