Dear 'director83'...no offense..but i guess since you are a buyer here already ..so u seems too defensive (no harm though :) ) ..... but i dont agree that many people will wait for 2.5 years possesion even they pay 17.3 lac for 856 sqft flat//...specially who are not investors but buying to live the...re,.... and what if it delays more .... Dear director83 ... I agree to some extent what you have said. But think the people to amenity ratio...is it considerable. Now without considering the amenity consider a 680sqft(CA) flat at price tag of 19-20 lac...is it cheap ? Also one more thing friends when TATA is coming with affordable ...housing to bangalore and to which location ?? Any news would be useful. Read More

Hello Friends, Even When I heard about 'Unnathi' from one of my project mate ..it sounds interesting ... then i went to internet site studied the plan and thought that in 17.3 lac its not bad deal... However some points we have to consider are : 1) With each floor rise after 3rd fl...oor 20k extra ...for what ??? (so 14/15th floor flat is coming close to 20-21 lacs ..still is it affordable) 2) The amenities they are talking about....people pls give ur selves break... 1660 flats..so nearly 3000 people to stay (minm 2 per flat..may b more)..will use 1 tennis court :) 1 amphithetre (50 people seating ..god knows) 1 swimming pool...u will stand or swim .. :) Gym/Club house...people u have to pay 2 lacs extra...its commercial not for u people Now ... i am not saying all these out of blues..i been to the site and visited sample flat too The interesting part is when i asked about availability...(on 22 may 2010)... they said in all towers no flats below 10th -11th floor...rest available... Also the possession is Dec 2012,..... N am suprised to see so many people n desperate in the site office...(as if tomorrow onwards no flats would be available on any place...omg) I am not really able to decide whether to go for or not... Good points: 1) Location wise close to Outer ring road ( 8/10 ) 2) Amenities : (1/10) 3) Floor area : (5/10) So pls pour ur suggestion.... N am suprised to see so many people have booked but no blogs and query yet... (i am sure everyone is competeing with each other for 14 ac flat...ooppss...sorry 20 lac flat) Read More
