Ask any allottee, and they will say what is the progress of this project. Expected to handover the project by November 2012 for 1st phase and May 2013 for 2nd and 3rd phase, now even the 1st phase is not going to complete in 2 years time. Literally there is no progress from September 2012. For c...ompleting 750 odd flats in 1st phase they have employed 20 workers. now you imagine when they are going to complete this. Work quality and the material used are below average, Water pipe lines are not concealed and it is running through the bedrooms to the toilet. May be all owners can use that as a rope for drying their clothes. Stay away from this builder, they are cheats.Read More

The inside persons are now started writing to get some positive review . To find out the real face of this builder please do a search in karnataka highcourt website, bangalore consumer redressal forum and other sites. more than 50 cases are already filed against this builder for wrongdoing.
