@ravi_bond transcend provides a software which you use to convert the video files to work on the player. sometimes you do not need to convert at all.

Hey I guess you did not read the manual properly. You can adjust volume easily while making calls and also while listening to songs. I am using micromax q3 and trust me the sound quality is awesome. I find this phone very nice considering that I have used a variety of phones in the past, the last be...ing asus P320 which is a windows mobile.
