What is worse is that they deliver cold pizza almost an hour after placing the order and then charge us with the excuse that our area does not fall in Bangalore City, hence the delay and the full charge.If they feel that way then make it clear at the time of placing the delivery.Why accept it and th...en give lame excuses?
