hi, Looks like it was a bad day for you. I have travelled with them couple of times from Mumbai-NewYork-Mumbai and the experience was excellent. I travelled by economy class. the cabin crew and other team was too good. they provided ne special dibetic food which i asked after boarding into flight. ...it was in all very a nice journey. I also spoke to other friends who travell by other airlines and finally we all felt that Jet is one of the best.Read More

i don't agree with u. I got it in a months time in panvel-new bombay. and i am done with 600 Km running and 1 service. I am getting milegae of around 50 in coty anmd 55 on highway.
