This review can help in selecting from a wide variety of air conditioners in the market .
We purchased our First AC (Napolean KIT)(Carrier - reciprocating compressor)which we got assebled from delhi after careful selection of each and every part.It was fair enough but started giving problems after sometime . Then we purchsed second AC (Commander Kit- Rotary compressor) assembled again...(Tecumseh compressor) and it was very good machine with no complaints.The we purchased a branded AC(Videocon) but it was a failure and started giving serious Load problems after 6 months . At present , we have Hitachi AC and its the best . The cooling , Blow , ability to run on low power , looks , chilling effect , remote control stability are best in the class.
Here in our country , light is a big problem and when it is there , load is a big problem , so AC should be such that it does nt demand full load , and gives performance even at a low voltage too .
So at present just go in for Hitachi AC ...i heard many complaints for LG AC also ...
I suggest go for Hitachi (Rotary compressor)
