Very true….their service is really pathetic…I did lot survey about this new model and thought of taking a test drive. I made a call to Concorde Motors to take a test drive of this car and they told me that they can bring the vehicle to my place...I was very happy because I didn’t expect this from th...em. Here comes the true picture of Concorde…they didn’t turn up to my place and I phoned them to get the reason. Again they promised me that they could bring the vehicle to my place, but that didn’t happen. I lost patience and finally decided to go to the showroom directly. When I visited their showroom to look for this new car, there were several employees visible, but none of them approached me to offer me help. I wandered around looking at the cars and finally had to approach one of the sales staff myself, to get them to answer my questions. I think the management should train these people the importance of customer service.Read More
