Thanks Rajan and Anirudh. For this kind of issues customers must drag the snapdeal to consumer court. They must learn a lesson. Unless this issue resolved in a right way... i will definitely file a case of harassment.

Apology and saying sorry does not help. I need the product. Your customer care did contact me and i told the same thing. I dont need the money back, i need the product and ASAP
