I have ordered a product from Snapdeal Order id -12053541587. The order was accepted but the seller could not fulfil the order which was not clearly communicated to me. The order was cancelled on the date of delivery. 5 days wasted without getting a clue of what has happened. The customer care informed me that there was some technical issue so the order was cancelled. Which is unlikely, as you are delivering thousands of orders and only for this product and this order only why a technical issue will happen.
I have ordered the same product from Snapdeal again with a different seller. Order id - 12167254924 .
The same repeated again. The order was cancelled on the date of delivery. Again my 5 days wasted with no clue of why this has repeated again. I called up the customer care and got the same stereo type answer of technical issues at first and later when I raised objections to it.they said it may be because the seller might have ran out of the product.
When your seller is not able to fulfil the orders . why are you accepting the orders?
If a product is out of stock, it should reflect properly in your website and you should not allow any order to be placed for that.
There is no proper communication from your side to the customer, about what is going to happen for the product delivery. When you delay from your side, you should communicate and for what reason.
Why you have wasted my 10 days in placing two orders and getting nothing. I could have purchased the product from some other seller or from the local market.
I need the product and not the money back as you have already wasted my time and is a harassment.
