Hi nitesh, Well, the keypad is quite good. hard not very soft though. the joystick is a bother. have to get used to it, before you feel comfortable. Apart from the joystick all the other keys are placed well and can be accessed easily. Separate keys/buttons for WAP, Camera, Volume, Voive command..., going back and cancel.Read More
