TO ALL MY Case Id. 697944 ,sir I dint get the product till now I had ordered in 2 mail ids ie in siva9292@gma…om and sivayamaha9292@yahoo…in but for both orders they given only one awb nos is same but in the box I got only 2 getrim tins only they given the same courier awb no ie, AWB No.biggrinTDC COURIER D12307468/19.02.13.but I received the product 2 tins only in the box wt I have received is for the Order No. 3002013389 but I dint get the another 2 tins of getrim pls verify and send me the 2 tins.thanking you some one called me in (911413999851) and talked with me and said sir u received the product by courier and signed in delivery slip and the product weight is 4600grm=2.400 and the empty box corrugated box weight is 600 grams so total weight is 3 kg so we cant do any thing b coz the vendor produces the weight of the product is 3 kg when we send like that he told and also having the proff of 3 kg sent by vendor like that he said me and shall I close urs case after losing my money in indiatimes wt can I do so I told ok, but I went to dtdc courier office and asked the shipping details of my parcel delivered to me, they gave me the details of the parcel weight is 1.955 kgs only sent by the vendor so its clearly shows that 2600 grams =1.2kg and empty box weight is 0.756, so hear its clearly shows the sent item from them is only 2 getrim tins only, so they are saying lie and simply proved that cheating in online shopping and loss for me is rs 1380. and the person talked me said pls dont post any issue in some other sites pls tell us in social@detect india times.co.in but the mail dint deliver b coz no id exids ,till now he dint call me after the proff sent to them in social@indiatimes.co.in on saturday 29.6.13,

sir we discuss many times and u told that the the vender of the product says weight is 3 kgs and u said me their is no chance bcoz u received so shall I close the case status so I said ok but now clearly shows the weight of the product deliver to me is 1.955 kgs by dtdc courier so only 2 tins inside trhe box,social@ not 4 tins, I lost my 1380 in indiatimes.
