I am commenting on my earlier review above: Th be fair the machine has worked fine without any further requirements for service which was attended to within a week. The service and durability aspects are good. The chips maker comment stands. I would buy the machine today if I had to!

Thanks for the comments. I read all instruction books before starting. The chips are very small - hardly finger chips. I suppose they will pass as MacD french fries! Don't b biased against males. I understand machines better than humans according to my wife! There is an electrical fault in th...e machine - reset doesn't help. That has nothing to do with the poor response of the service dept who haven't been able to send a man after 4 days when they claim 2 days response.Read More
