Let's revisit this - The ordeal was mentioned here on was on 5th Aug 2016 and you're responding to it on July 2017 - 11 months later. I wonder why did you even feel the need for it, look like business is not as profitable as before. The operators were abusive, they broke precious glass frame...s owing to poor packaging and delayed the delivery by a whole week. (the operators were the owners, we checked your office it did not exist, you'll take the job and wait for larger companies to transport, wherein you use some space based on commission. You don't even have your own vehicles and yet you make tall claims. The way they fleece you, offering dirt cheap rates. You' are a timid company and even if you offered free, rest assured me, my family, my friends and my network & people reading this will never use your service. Read More

Update: Received a call from the CEO. They have catered a product suitable to my needs. The CEO was pleasant to hear my areas of concerns and in-lieu of my earlier experience upgraded me to their new program without any cost. The earlier sum of INR1150 was refunded within a week. It was evident duri...ng the course of our conversation that he was thinking long term, willing to customize based on customer needs vs sharing the same plan for all.
