Hello, Nitin.
This is a privileged communication. A few days back XX(AVP) HDFC Standard life referred me to seek some financial advice on a few instruments, specifically in the space of insurance. A lady called and said that you will have to upgrade, during the conversation I was led to believe that we are paying upfront(INR1150.00) for the advice that I will receive from the certified financial planner. I provided my income/expense/liability/PAN card etc. I was asked for the bank account information, I hesitated, I wanted to know if your advice/product would interest me?
Your manager, insisted I share the details, at this point I made it very clear, I have paid a sum of INR 1150.00 for advice, if it is good enough I will move forward, if not keep the money and we stop.
Today is day 4 I still have neither received the advice nor the money. Surprisingly, while sharing the screen I shared the reviews https://mouthshut.com/websites/ArthaYantra-reviews-925670421 I could see, your manager mentioned some customers are always unhappy.(The next will be from me), your manager does not realize people write crappy reviews because they receive crappy and untrustworthy experience.
Now I feel, this is another scamming org that wants to sell financial instruments on the pre-text of giving financial advice and assessing risk.
https://arthayantra.com/ - has lost its credibility for me, when the manager said I will call you back with the same day to resolve, they don’t. Certainly, mislead customers. I am also preparing a different draft to address this situation with the consumer court.
INR 1150, is a very small price compared to the mistake I would have committed by referring you to my circle. I referred 13 Scripbox customers since the last 3 months.(https://scripbox.com).
If you are a good business man you will address this issue and if you’re a great business man, you’ll probably ensure this was the last experience any customer receives around your products.
