Sorry I do not agree I have HP and Indian Oil Citibank card and I find Citibank IOC card rewards point better. As far as Indian Oil Pumps are concerned they are at every 5 kms in Mumbai Say one at Bandra Signal next is at Shivaji Park diagnolly opp Siddhivinayak and next Worli and it goes on... ... Also if you travel outside mumbai towards Pune on Expressway it is there also many pumps till Belgaum-Kolhapur.Take NH17 Goa Road majority of pumps are Indian Oil and HP. Read More
