HCL is the most third class company. never puchase its Laptop. The after sales service is also third class
You have to carry your laptop to their Marol service center and even there the Engineers themselves say that HCL does not provide support for its previous models. Its diffcult even for them to get parts.
My Laptop was getting too much hot from day one, was very slow and the trip to their service center was a waste. Within one year it got spoiled.
Even the local service centers says that HCL is the worst product. As its parts are not easily avaialbale in market. DELL, HP and any other brand even though foreign but their parts.
My advise do not buy HCL
