Fret board Quality Hi Saurabh,
My Pluto Guitar is a normal Acoustic. Not Jumbo. When I bought Mine, Jumbo Acoustics were not around. The overall fret board quality is smooth. Though not the best I have played on. But for the price it is a steal. It is much better than A grason or hofner or any ot...her Indian (Kolkata) make. Hey but the price seems a bit on the higher side. I have heard that the prices have gone up so may be that’s the current price. I got mine for 5.5k or may be this is a higher version of the one I have. Phew!!!!! Finally after 6 months on Feb 6 did I get my money returned. I had to make a personal visit to their office at Vashi and act stubborn and pretend not to leave till i get my money back. I spoke to their manager a polite lady by the name Shenaz i think(I dont remember).I took in writing on t...heir letter head the date when I will receive my money. This again was not honored and I got my money a week later. Thank God, atleast I got it back. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR THE REFUND, I SUGGESTYOU GO N VISIT THEIR OFFICE PERSONALLY. IT DOES WORK. it is absolutely unbelievable that you could have back pain on a unicorn!!! it is the most comfortable bike in the market. I have mine since the last 3 years, ridden almost 30,000 Kms, with more that 8 rides of about 100Kms at a stretch. Never faced any problems in my back except for may be a tempor...ary sore bum!!Read More

Now they say that I can get the refund only after 25th Of November (105 days after cancellation). !!!! Pathetic people.
