Hey TrustPay guys, I am just fed up. Is some one listening?? its been over a month and I am still struggling dealing your guys! May I know when would I be getting my refund for order no: 1454393562? You guys asked me to WAIT while I contacted you a week ago, and I did not bother you for a wee...k (either my mail or calls) respecting your process and time. But this is not a good gesture from your end, to not send updates to a customer and just ask him to wait, and while the customer waits, you guys just ignore him and take him for granted and delay his dues. And let me remind you over and over again that its been over a month that I am going though enough delays at every step of shopping with you! How much more do you guys want me to wait? Why don't you guys just refund my money and let me be in peace? Is this the experience so called 'TrustPay' can provide for customer satisfaction? Do you see any reason for me to be a 'happy or satisfied customer' of Snapdeal, for the experience that I am going through? Do you have any reason for me to recommend Snapdeal for anyone? Hi, May I know what is the status on my refund? While I spoke to one of your customer rep (if I am not wrong his name was Vinay) around 13 days ago (on 10/12/2013), I was told that once my laptop id picked my refund will happen with in 24 hours, as I have made the payment through American Express... credit card. And after a mere delay of 10 days from the promised pick up date, my laptop was picked by the courier finally on last Friday (20/12/2013) and no updates so far. Can you please process my refund asap and close the issue. Frankly I am frustrated and humiliated with the delays and confusions with every step and process caused by Snapdeal. It's been over a week that they promised to reverse pick my defective laptop and no actions seen so far. I have been following up with the Snapdeal customer support through emails and calling them, and even raised a new complaint for the same [request #4341246]. They just say they have escalated the... issue and the courier guys will come to pick the laptop asap and my refund will happen soon, only over the call. But NO PRACTICAL ACTIONS so far. These guys have serious problems with their customer care process. I am just fed up!!!Read More

Finally got a first call from snapdeal customer support who spoke decently and told they will look into the issue and arrange for reverse pick up of the faulty laptop. Looking forward for their further actions. Hope they stick to their TrustPay standards.
